At least Pettis showed flashes of his potential in his rookie year, still holding out hope for him

He does have the best release. Hes able to tap the back of any corners shoulder while in his stance while the corner is in off man coverage with his gogo gadget arms 10 yards away /s
Dude it's such a bad take to say he's got the best release in the draft...let's stop with the homer talk.
He's a damn good WR, he's not the best getting of the LOS. Just isn't... Doesn't mean he can't improve. Yes he's got a massive wingspan, I wish he would actually use it more though. That was another knock on him, he would tend to let ball come into his body vs going up and getting it with his hands.
He's got things he can improve upon, it's not a horrible thing lol. I'm sure kyle will scheme up stuff for him this yr.
Brandon Aiyuk tore up Oregon - his explosiveness with the ball in his hands is tremendous pic.twitter.com/ByA2po9fF8

Call me crazy but I see some Stefon Diggs in Brandon Aiyuk's game.

Hands may not be as strong, but the frame, burst, suddenness, fluidity, and detailed routes stand out pic.twitter.com/vME4KlNTvz
Plenty of promising reps from Aiyuk vs press. CBs struggled getting hands on the WR bc of how well he anticipates and discards jams, but when they landed he stayed tough and ran hard thru contact.

Also showed the burst, long speed to get on top of CBs quickly vs tight coverage pic.twitter.com/eZzRCax3oB
And I love how he can drop and get to a wide base with his feet pointed outward to disguise his intentions at the line and explode in either direction pic.twitter.com/PjJaCDyvGO

Brandon Aiyuk at the bottom of the screen here. He is twitchy and explosive vertically and with the ball in his hands. His best routes are vertical and in breaking. Violent feet and hips here and is physical through his route. Elite acceleration and good tracking on the play. pic.twitter.com/MxHDIFYsIY

TJ, has worked with him in the fall. Worked with him on creating separation, fighting press coverage and his release. Even though TJ has not worked with Jeudy and thought that Jeudy was the best wr in the draft based on what he saw on film, TJ has said he feels BA is as good as Jeudy in his release and fighting off press and creating sep. He should know better than most since he played the position and coaches wr headed for the NFL. A lot better than the Mel Kipers of the world anyway.

Herm Edwards was interviewed yesterday and said Aiyuk was most definitely a hands catcher and not a body catcher. Just an FYI...take it for what it's worth.

Saying it now. Aiyuk will be out best WR.

I wish he was allowed to wear #2 in the pros....looks better than #12.
