Snubbed beyond belief
At the beginning of the year, I made a comment that Aiyuk is a top 10 receiver, and I even stated that he gets more touchdowns than Jefferson and people laughed and disagreed in very impolite ways. Well, it's good to be validated, and just a fun fact for everyone, since 1992 with almost 1000 wr sample size, receivers getting less than 110 targets Brandon Ayuk is #1 overall in yards. His Average yard per target is also number one by a country mile.

He is easily a 5-10 receiver, probably a top three route runner, which I also stated, and a few people agreed, but the majority of Niner fans just scoffed.

Aiyuk got snubbed for the pro bowl but maybe his asking price will not be as high when we extend him this year. That is the good news, but to have Puca in with his whole five touchdowns, and his what….. 12 yards per reception is a joke.

Anyways, congrats on having one of the most efficient seasons a receiver has ever had in NFL history and he also missed the better part of two games. With the highest average in the NFL he is elite

That's because you're one of the smart ones my man!

Yup. There were a few of us fighting the good fight.

BA has actually produced more with less this season. Last year he had 114 targets. This season he currently has 101. With 13 less targets he has 302 more yards, averaging 5.3 more yards per catch with 11 more big time plays and 12 more 1st downs. There is no reason to not believe that if BA's targets were 150+ that he would be the #1 WR in the league by a country mile.

Exactly…..I concur YAC I would still take Tyreek Hill over any receiver in the NFL even though Ayuk would've probably had better stats with the same amount of catches which is phenomenal.

You and I were two of the very few arguing that Aiyuk is a top receiver in the league if given more targets, or a top 20 quarterback. The others, who know who they are, just kept calling us crazy but in the end we were right.

Wow you guys were right. 2nd team All Pro!
2nd-team All Pro >>>> Pro Bowl.

Good for BA. Absolutely deserves it.

Not so fast he just got voted second team all pro. That really makes sense. Make all pro second team but don't get voted pro bowl which theoretically is way easier.
All Pro is much higher honor and dude did it on 60 fewer targets than most these guys

All-Pro Aiyuk, better than Pro Bowl nod, Pro Bowl is a joke, & just doesn't mean much All-Pro is where it's at.
All-Pro Aiyuk. Has a nice ring to it.

You are aware Justin Jefferson played half a season, right? And still only had 2 less touchdowns? If you want to pat yourself on the back because someone got hurt, go ahead I suppose.

Aiyuk is in the top 10. So that you can have credit for. Good job, sir.
