Man forget all of these comparisons, I just wanna see the guy play on the field. He is the first Brandon Aiyuk.

He's clearly the next Donald Driver.

Nah nah. He's clearly the next AJ Jenkins.

,

You think he's dexter carter? Don't see it

Dexter Carter? Lol.

Went to look up the article about Packers GM saying Pettis was in play for them and found this brilliance from one of their fans trying to say 49ers fell for them being interested in Pettis.

The San Francisco 49ers, however, have the worst front office in the NFL. In early 2017, meddling trust-fund baby owner Jed York scared off good GM candidates like Brian Gutekunst and Elliot Wolf, and wound up settling for the inexperienced John Lynch. His staff was snookered by the Packers' smoke screen on Pettis

Wonder how they feel now...

Does their GM want Pettis? I'm up for a trade.

I wouldn't lol. Pettis is too talented and it's only one year of bad results. And certainly not to a receiver needy team like Green Bay. One of the reason's I am so confident about being able to return to the SB is partially because Green Bay did nothing to close the gap.

I feel like the Seahawks Cardinals and Saints were all tougher competition for us last year and will be this year.

The Pack got lucky through a easy schedule then facing an injured Seahawk team, they really aren't the team to watch.

The route running certainly isin't trash. Ignore the rankings and ratings and rewatch the poetry in motion.

FWIW,...The Big 12, Big 10, and SEC all split even for the 3 NFL All-Rookie WRs last season. The defenses you might see as trash didn't really deter Marquise Brown. He was already South Florida-tested and true. Wouldn't put so much stock in the conferences without more context regarding the players.

Great breakdown of Aiyuk and Kinlaw.

Aiyuk's biggest selling point is his ability to run after the catch. According to Pro Football Focus, Aiyuk averaged 10.9 yards after the catch per reception, which ranked second in the 2020 class of receivers. He's not just getting wide open and collecting YAC because no one is near him, he's getting hidden yards consistently. Aiyuk has extraordinary spatial awareness and seems to have a sixth sense for where defenders are and can instantly transition to a runner after catching the ball.

What does it say about Kinlaw?

I put Kinlaw's summary in the Kinlaw thread. The article has several clips on each player showing their strengths.

-Raw masher with plenty of length that he's still figuring out how to use after transitioning from OL
-Showed huge improvement in his technique and hand use down the stretch.
-Limited but effective repertoire of pass rush moves.

Basically an athletic, ultra talented lineman screaming out for some top notch coaching.

I don't think either Aiyuk or Kinlaw could have ended up in a better place for their respective abilities. I can't wait to read articles about Bosa teaching him hand techniques like he was doing with the other DL last year.
