Just connecting the dots based on all the rumors circulating: it appears like it's going to end up being a 3 team trade where Pitt gets BA, Niners get picks and send those picks to the Raiders for Davante Adams.

3 team trades are almost impossible, and a trade involving the Raiders and the Niners used to feel impossible, but this would be a solid outcome if true (I would hope we ended up with a pick in addition to Adams)

BA to PIT
Pickens to DAL
we get a round 1 and B Cooks

He's definitely asking for a ton of money. It pretty well sets him up for life if he manages his finances well. 49ers might go a bit towards the McVay cap binge and purge route with Aiyuk. Basically McVay bought a Super Bowl a la the '94 49ers. We shall see.

Brad Graham earlier on a stream today was speculating maybe it could be a guy like Courtland Sutton involved in some three-way trade. I think he could fit nicely into the system, work very well with Brock.
Webster just redefined "clusterf**k", and we are witnessing it.

Orrrrr we can just keep BA and sign him long term. We have a cap guru make it work. Do the numbers

Hes the only legit "top-ish" receiver that I think could be available this time of year
Maybe the Falcons are a good trade partner they just lost Moore for the season

All because BA thinks he's worth JJ money.

Yea, I have a feeling this is gonna be the return if it works out. Downgrade for sure, but I don't completely hate it all things considered.

What about Tee Higgins? He is on the tag, they are paying Chase next season and Higgins is probably cheaper than BA on a long-term contract.

Bengals can't afford Higgins with Chase coming up…..
So... Ive been busy at a work convention all day... I see absolutely nothing has changed since 3 months ago still.
Are the Niners going to try and sell getting a horrible package from the Steelers by saying "Hey we were able to package that 2nd RD pick to get Sutton"?

No you won't be able to sugarcoat it because the Steelers still would have gotten your #1 WR for trash. If you can get Sutton for a 2nd RD pick why not just trade your 2nd right now for Sutton? It's stupid. Steelers give us their 2nd RD pick, a backup center, a trash Tackle who is worse than Mckivitz, a #6 WR for a top 10 WR but hey it's good value because they were able to package that 2nd RD pick for Sutton? F**k that. Especially when you can keep BA and trade your own 2nd for Sutton.

It seems that they're not interested at all with the lowball/trash offer Pittsburgh is offering. If they did just accept anything the deal would've been done and it's the right move for them to hold firm, they have the leverage. Until Pittsburgh is serious they can f**k off, my hope is obviously BA resigning and if he's traded I hope it's another team that comes out so Pittsburgh can look dumb as f**k for coming in weak and disrespectful.
