This takes KC off the board.
"While the New England Patriots started the legal tampering period by bringing four players aboard from outside the organization, their biggest in-house free agent remained unaccounted for. Now, however, Joe Thuney has found a home — and it is not in New England: the Patriots' long-time starting left tackle will join the Kansas City Chiefs on a five-year contract worth a total of $80 million."
Yup yup, yup!

I was going to ask how in the world could KC be players? They have less than 10 million in space.

Apparently, it doesn't because they backloaded the contract. But it is unlikely because at some point they are going to have to pay all these players.

Do you know this place?

My bad, I will learn to add more doom and gloom to my posts.

His Cap hit is only like $4 Million for 2021 though. Bringing the Chiefs 2022-2023 cap hit for a total of 1 billion.
