Agree, if I'm Trent Williams, and I got lots of inquiries and a couple of good offers outside of the 49ers offer, I'll take my time and contemplate and make the 49ers sweat a bit. If Trent's heart is left in San Francisco, then he's going to make sure he gets paid for leaving his heart in san Francisco, because it may be his last contract with [b]the injury history that San Francisco has recently for left Tackles [/b]and other positions.

what? Staley has been a rock on that line for many years until his last year. And nobody thinks injuries are team related.

Are the Chiefs in the mix? Because if they're serious, I would think Trent would want to go block for Mahomes if the offers are similar.
