If anything I've learned the NFL is a year-to-year process. Cap is soft and it's not about carry over cap savings, it's about maximizing or even over spending you just need to make sure you have a QB. That's it.

i think a nice cheap more than respectable vet and a nice rookie would do nicely in that area
