Exactly! That'll never happen, not if Paraag Marathe has anything to say about it. I'd say that deal's guarantees is probably closer to $60, $70 mil, with the 4th year voidable. The FO always have a number in mind, and they normally stick to them. It looks he'll make $20 mil annually, but we all know that's not how it actually works. In any event that deal isn't gonna get him signed. He's looking for Brinks truck to be parked in his driveway. Don't get me wrong, I cannot blame him. But the 49ers aren't gonna jeopardize the ability to extend other vital pieces.

Trent really be weighing his options.
