Has a super bowl losing team ever gained this much talent in a single offseason? I would say that Aiyuk and Williams are better than Sanders and Staley.
+ Kinlaw
+ Aiyuk
+ Williams
- Staley
- Sanders
- Buckner
Are you seriously going to say that a rookie WR is already better than an established vet?

I knew MM was in tight with the 9ers, I just didn't think he would be this right. This is closer than Adam Schefter could get!!!
so tight he can see his reflection on Jeds bald head

Willams is better than Staley. It is very very unlikely Aiyuk is better than Sanders in the coming season.
At what? I think clearly Aiyuk will be better at RAC, and clearly Kyle can get the ball in his hands. Total receptions, you may be right.
What I think we're gonna miss about Sanders is the veteran leadership he provided to the wr room. I hope someone like Deebo or even Bourne steps up and becomes that guy for the wr group.
Yeah. Jimmy and Welker are going to need to step in.
Agreed.
Not sure about Bourne lol. He can get the locker room hyped though. Could see Deebo stepping up.

It's true - Sanders speed has been zapped by his Achilles injury. Aiyuk is a much healthier player than Sanders.

Our FO might like Skule and think he was better suited to play LT than Wirfs
Skule would have to get a lot better before he could be counted on to hold down that LT spot. He was okay as a fill in for awhile but if he is serious about having a career he is going to have to get much stronger than he is right now. Jimmy's quick release saved him from being abused on more than one occasion by the DE's who were making a habit of pushing Skule into the backfield
Trent Williams spent his rookie years with Kyle Shanahan, they know each other very well.
Trent has injury concerns, so did Staley who missed half of last season. We know Skule and Brunskill are solid backups, and Coleman could get healthy.
Williams is an elite LT when he's healthy. I'm happy for this move.

Wow Lynch played this well.
My head would have been spinning If I knew Staley was retiring before and after we made our selections on Thursday. Lynch did not panic at all.
Who's Williams agent ? This was well played.
I'm sure Williams didn't reject the trade to Minnesota, just an extension, and the Vikings wanted the player with the extension. But very well played by Williams and his agent.
