This is very concerning and stupid behavior, especially since he has been charged in the past for reckless driving.

Shanahan and Lynch need to talk to him immediately and remind him of the consequences of doing dumb s*** like this. A few seconds of fun can end up costing him his life/health or freedom, while derailing the team's season.

Obviously if the picture was posted on a track, it would be no big deal. Doing this on a busy highway is basically saying you don't mind putting the lives of everyone else on the road at risk for no reason. It also doesn't show good judgement that he posted the video online. I'm sure he'll get talked to.

Well this thread is about to get more interesting....

We should bring up his penchant for dog fighting and really get it popping

Just because he plays for your favorite team doesn't mean you have to defend him or dismiss an obviously illegal and stupid decision lol

I hope the team cares. When you're driving at those speeds on a busy highway, things can go horribly wrong in the blink of an eye. What makes it even worse is him holding up his phone while driving recklessly.

This organization has had a horrible recent history of players doing incredibly dumb sh*t off the field that hurts the team. They need to remind Williams that he's an important piece and we can't afford to lose him.

It's not like he was hitting a women or had a gun in the car....dumb sure, did it need to be put on TMZ? probably not. Dudes going fast in a Ferrari isn't some unheard of thing.

Shanny probably gonna say big cat don't be posting that s**t.
It was f**king dumb, but 125 in that car is like 65 in your Prius.

I'm more upset with him doing it on a busy highway where things aren't in his control.

And being on his phone recording, he needs to know CA laws are different.

Is it just me or does the speed at which he is passing by the other cars not look close to what it would be if really going 125mph?

I thought the same thing. Either those cars in the #2 lane are going very fast, or his speedometer is actually reading KPH (which would be approximately 77 MPH). And 77 MPH on a CA highway, where there is a 65 MPH speed limit (typical, but there are plenty of 70 MPH zones throughout CA) seems more appropriate given the apparent rate he is passing others.

Though it says MPH on the dash, relative speed in a video is always hard to determine, especially without known speeds of other objects.

It doesn't matter what you or any other fans wants/thinks, Staley played and played damn well. If Staley hadn't retired, we probably don't trade for Trent, cause no way is Staley sitting, or McGlinchey. And Trent wasn't gonna play Guard.

Yeah saying Joe should have retired 3 yrs ago really makes zero sense...he played at a top-end level and finically was a steal for SF.

Moon's comment makes absolutely no sense.

STALEY was average at BEST for the last 3 years.. I get it, we all LOVE the guy, but dang, don't keep your eyes close when the guy can no longer play... as I said, he and Eli have been together on the same boat..
