I love Jennings. If one wants to argue it's more sustainable to keep Jennings, Aiyuk, Pearsall, Cowings, and Bell going forward, sure. But what Deebo adds to this offense far supercedes 3rd and Jauan. But a Bourne contract still prices Jennings out.

I think you're right. I love Deebo but 3 catches for 33 yards in the superbowl is hardly something that this team can't replace. He's been a great player for us but he's also missed games and came up short in others.

Not saying JJ can replace him, just saying JJ can fill a solid role at crucial times just like Deebo does.

All that being said, hopefully we see Deebo go off this season and stay healthy.

I love Jennings and glad he was extended but this makes the Pearsall and Cowing picks even more of a headscratcher. If they keep Deebo, Aiyuk and Jennings all in 2025 then using a 1st and 4th on WRs is a massive waste of draft capital that could have been used on needs. I like both players but having them be WR 4 and 5 for 2 seasons is stupid.
