Don't worry, not everyone saw you puffing your chest with certainty about it in the Aiyuk thread

I have now 🤣🤣.

These boards could use a little more accountability like this

The accountability that AB showed for admitting he was wrong and surprised about this? Or other posters puffing their chest when they finally discover something he incorrectly predicted? Guy has a pretty clean record of predicting how contracts will shake out, but I'm not sure anyone can call it 100% of the time.

Totally agree. Total BS to lump AB in with some of the blowhards on this board. He has done amazing work for YEARS and still will be my go to on all things related to the cap.

imo, after this season...with a more experienced Purdy, felt he could really cash in during the offseason.

Pearsall is going to eat into his snaps. So it's better for him to ask for an extension now.

I said this would happen by season's end. I think Jennings is great, but he won't hold off Pearsall for a full year. He gets some good money now and can get great money later.

Yup, too much of the low-level crap postings/posters and not enough of the AB's out there. Nobody's perfect, keep up the good work AB!
Does anyone thing we will go with a 4 WR set this year more?

Samuel, Alyuk, Jennings and Pearsall with McCaffrey out of the backfield.

Run and Gun.

Purdy could rack up 400 yards' throwing per game.

Not even mad about it, I appreciate the love from those who do respect/like myself & my work, & dedication, no issues with anyone, yes I have issues with ppl on social media who like to troll me over my Dogs, since my 11yr old Honey passed in the middle of the night last night, the one I made a GFM for, but idgaf about them, they want to troll or try to get under my skin, oh well I'll block them like I did 9moon.

Again nothing but love, I was wrong, I really thought he'd want $10M a yr, I'm happy he took less, $7.7M a yr is a great deal for us, especially because I expect it to have void years, which I hate, but it will lower the cap hits over the 2yrs, kinda wish they got a longer deal done, like when Dre signed just a 2yr extension and now will be a UFA after 2024, or how Moseley signed a 2yr deal as a RFA when I would have tried to get 3-5yr deal at the same APY he got. But good for Jauan, he's earned it, $10.5M GTD is a nice amount for a guy who is the 3rd WR, but as I said stats don't tell it all, he does everything, good route runner, good pass catcher, playmaker, & great blocker, that's why I was thinking he'd get $10M+ a yr, but now that I realize that his agents are the Rosenhaus' well we have a great relationship with them, the 49ers FO & them always get deals done.

Sorry about your dog my man. Always tough.

Keep up the good work.

You weren't that far off.

On an open market he probably gets about 6-7 mil guaranteed + 1-2 mil incentives if not more. He still has to prove himself if he wants good WR money.

I think with this move especially since we got him for 2 years, probably means the end of Deebo. 2026 is void I believe, so idk if he makes it past 2024. I could see a hold out coming from him and then it's to ship him.

For me, it has nothing to do with looking back on it and finding out he was wrong. My issue was he was saying repeatedly that Jennings was going to get $15m a season. I personally asked him a few times why he felt that way, and it was crickets. Not once did I see him back up that claim.

I have no issues with AB and think he is a great poster. This whole Jennings thing was odd in the sense that he was incredibly far off with his prediction and he never offered any rationale as to why he thought that way.

It's going to be the GREATEST SHOW ON GRASS. Like Warner was the greatest show on turf. It should be a big year for Purdy. Assuming he stays healthy. 3rd year now he should take a big jump. He already processes really well.

Jauan is another guy that contributes more to the team than what we see on the the field. He embodies the attitude that Kyle wants out of his skill players. You look at his production numbers and it's misleading because he brings so much more than catches and yards.

Just seeing this. Sorry to hear about your dog. For the record, my intention was not to drag you or to showboat that you were wrong. All of my replies/questions to you were posted way before he signed an extension.
