Because we lost. Im.sure Rice had a big game in a loss (though I honestly can't remember one lol). One of the all time great 49er receiver games and we lost.

They still have no idea what they have in this guy. JJ starts a full season.

1,100 yards, 10 TDs. $120 million contract. JJ = Anquan Boldin.

Beast catching the ball, physical, beast blocker. Just doesn't have the timed speed. But routes are perfect. Hands are superior. Big tall frame can box guys out and he muscles the ball away from them. You can go over the top with him just based on size and physical play.

not even ticky tack calls. The Kittle play was not a hold and the Juice one wasnt a penalty either.

Seriously one of the worst called games I've seen in some time. Glad they played well enough we don't have to blame the refs for a loss.

They did, and it feels like robbery similar to the Greenlaw extension. JJ is proving he's a starter in this league.

Whats wild is, Greenlaw signed at the end if the year, and he just went into another tier of play- only one vote shy of 2nd team all pro that year.

I wonder if we can keep Jennings here beyond 2026 if he keeps this up. He's gonna be the new blueprint.
