Can't remember any player over the past 40 years that I've loved more than this dude. If there was just 3 more dudes like this on the roster, we'd be unstoppable.
He may very well be the #1 receiver moving forward.
If they can get JJ, Pearsall, and Deebo playing together for a significant stretch of games together without injuries, would be really good for the offense if making the playoffs. I don't missed Aiyuk at all cause he didn't contribute enough this year to be missed. It was like he took the money and never showed up lol.

LOL he is never signing for that amount. You start at $20 Million per year.

I could see him taking a 3 year 12-14 mill per extension

That last catch and run by Juan to set up the winning FG was wow.

It showed he's got great situational awareness. He's a gamer for sure.

what about the catch before where he tried to hit the brakes on the sideline and run up field.. JJ could have gotten an extra 20 yrds if he wasn't called out of bounds.
The stats he's going to put up this year are going to be crazy. He can have above 1,000 yards with a lot of TD's. He may want to hold out for more money. That's the downside.
Until last year Jennings was an after thought. At the start of thus yer some fans were saying Pearsall was a bad pick and probably wouldn't play much.

Now Aiyuk is out and Deebo isn't having a spectacular year so Jennings and Pearsall are suddenlt the go to guys. How quickly things can change. I expect to see more passes to CMC as well.

I know I mentioned before I watched Juan play in college and high school he has always had the ability to make plays get the ball near him and it's his. Period.

We miss you bro.
Am I crazy in thinking this dude can be a solid #1 for many teams? He's definitely better than a 3, and would be an above average #2

His whole, I just come to work and get the job done interview sold me ..

Dude is blue collar .....people use to call guys like that lunch box guys or something like that

I am with you...dude appears to be zero drama, goes 110% all the time and finds ways to make positive plays

I am not one to bad mouth the org.... but damn...where could we be with BA and Deebo's money sunk in a DE and RT Upgrade.....or a center and RT Upgrade

JJ is the perfect Split End...that is probably the hardest skill position to be an impact player from....there have only been a dozen or so impact SEs since the 80s....when you think of 2 great WRs on offense like 90% of the 1000/1000 WR tandems come from wonky Tom Moore type offenses that use TEs to cover the OT to create two Flankers.

JJ and Ricky are have prototype projected skill sets to be an impact SE and Flanker combo.

Unless the next coming of Randy Moss shows up...JJ is about as good as it gets
