At the Northern Illinois Pro Day, Rutter ran a 4.89 40 and had a 30.5-inch vertical jump. He completed 44-of-47 passes in front of the scouts. Rutter measured 6-0 7/8 and 202 pounds. He's gotten up to 207-208, but said the scouts told him to keep adding weight, along with building up his arm strength.

The RBs. Daniels might have a shot as a replacement for Day. Maybe one of the safeties. Lets say 3 or 4 of them.

I'll say Jared Mayden. We need good depth at Safety and he had an impressive year.

I like Hasty and Finke, but I think it'll be a much harder battle for them. Finke is an interesting slot option, but with Taylor/Hurd/Jennings/Pettis/James he has so much competition. I like his PS chances. Hasty fits the scheme well but with McKinnon back (hopefully) and Wilson still here he also has an uphill battle. He'll need to be a special teams player to have a shot.

RB and WR roster battle will be fun to watch this year.

Preseason lol...we will be lucky to have a season. Side note, I sure as hell hope we have a season with the holes we plugged for short term competition.
