NFL owners coaches draft. Where does Shanny get drafted?

Parameters are repeat the draft from last month but for coaches not college players.

There is no way Bill Belichick gets drafted first overall. Would be like saying if there was a player redraft that Drew Brees would be the first pick.

This makes zero sense

How does it not make sense? Both Belichick and Brees are not long for the NFL. Drafting either 1st overall instead of someome who would be around for a long time would never happen. Nor should it.

Many would say BB is the Goat. Brees?
You must draft a young HC to win the next 15 years. Not a veteran HC that has won the last 15 years.

Keeping in mind that theses days owners want offensive-minded coaches....

1-Shanahan
2-McVay
3-Pederson
4-Payton
5-Reid

Belichik and Carroll would get drafted top 10 but I don´t think that owners would want them top 5 because they´re almost 70 years old and I if this season the Cardinals light the world on fire maybe Klingsbury can climb up on the list.

OK use Tom Brady then. Point remains.
I'm surprised so many people have Pederson ranked in the top 5

Payton
Reid
Belicheck

I see being locks for top 3. After that is where it gets interesting, do you go with the proven vets in Tomlin and Harbaugh or go with the young offensive geniuses in Shannhan and McVay? Let's no forget the Rams bought a Super Bowl run while Shannahan is hands down the best offensive mind I don't think he had much part in creating the defense that took us over the top

Pederson,Payton(as much as I despise him),Harbaugh Reid,Pistol Pete. Who else?

Tomlin almost made the playoffs with Rudolph and a duck. Kept ABs craziness under wraps for years. He is going before Pete and Pederson.

Tomlin wasn't in my top 5 consideration until you said this. Holy crap.

Three years in the playoffs with backups at key positions. Pederson is good.

We would make the playoffs every year too if we played in the NFC East

I think Frank Reich is a better coach.

Do you remember his game plan that day?

It was one of the best offensive game plans in Super Bowl history.
I mean, he made Belichik look like cr_p.

Frank Reich reading these comments

There's only 1 thing that will drop him a few spots. I don't see him as being as open to the new school of qb's like Mahomes, Dak. He definitely goes top 10 likely top 5 but behind Bill, Reid, Payton and probably a couple others just due to the owner wanting that QB.
