1. Belicheat
2. Reid
3. Pete the cheat
4. Payton
5. Harbaugh

It's not even close
Fan boys?

Pete and John wouldn't know how to explain an offensive play

Last I checked it's a head coach draft, not a who can design the best offensive play draft. Carrol is a defensive genius. Harbaugh has his team competing every year. Hell even mcdermott is better.

Harbaugh should be in the 7-12 range. I get that he has won a ring, but its not about what has been done years ago, its body of work and improvements. His teams seem to choke in big moments.

Shanny seems to improve his team and keeps them competitive. Got to take that into account whether he has a ring or not, he knows how plug in mediocre players and make them serviceable.

Carrol looking dumbfounded everytime things go wrong or when losing during the game is not a defensive genius lol dude has no clue whats going on out there.Harbaugh is the same, a cheer leader mostly.

Your right this is a HC draft, you are not drafting their history or drafting the coaches under these HCs. It's drafting 1 guy only to start your franchise. Pete John need even better coaches under them to win.

My head exploded reading that post.
1. Bellicheck
2. John Harbaugh
3. Sean Payton
4. Andy Reid
5. Dude from Seattle
6-11 Shanahan, McVay, McDermott,Vrabel, Packers Dude & Miami Dude in whatever order

Edit: I'm personally not a Tomlin fan despite his success

1) Belichick
2) Reid
3) Harbaugh
4) Sean Payton
5) Pete Carroll (mostly because hes smart enough to inject PEDs into his players so they never get injured, not because hes actually good)
6) Sean McDermott
7) Bruce Arians
8) Mike Tomlin
9) Frank Reich
10) Vrabel
11) McVay
12) Shanahan
13) Matt LaFleur (possibly can move above McVay and Shanahan into the top 10 if he can beat Mahomes in the Superbowl)
14) Doug Pederson
15) Kevin Stefanski
16) Brian Flores
17) Ron Rivera
18) Kliff Kingsbury
19) Matt Nagy
20) Mike Zimmer
21) Gruden
22) Fangio
23) Matt Rhule
24) Joe Judge
25) Mike McCarthy
26) Chargers head coach
27) Falcons head coach
28) Lions head coach
29) Bengals head coach
30) Jets head coach
31) Texans head coach
32) Jaguars head coach
Other: top 3, maybe 1.

I'm more impressed with this season than last.

shanny is in the top 5

Reid was on the cusp his whole tenure in Philly. A few plays and some drama away from a ring or two.
He's top 5 for sure. Dude eats, sleeps, and coaches football. That's it

i'm a big fat andy fan
I wanna know who these 10 coaches people are taking before Kyle.

Like I said in this thread when it first popped up, the answer to the question changes dramatically if age is factored into it.

Belichick, Reid, Payton, Carroll all have had consistency at QB for long stretches.

F'n Kyle can't catch a break.

Shanahan is probably somewhere in the 6-10 range. If he ever wins a ring, he'll move up.

Pederson
Horrible takes in this thread lol. Shanahan is top 5.
