Two of those were in the 70's I think before we had the parity we have now. The NFL is designed to be competitive so we don't have one team dominating for a long time. It's good for the team that's dominating but not so good for ratings when there are too many mismatches. The Pats were an anomaly because they played in the weakest division with constant coaching and QB changes for 20 years. Brady and Belichick took advantage of that to get a free pass to the playoffs every year.

To be fair, the NFL is a 2 team race. Niners and saints. The Seahawks had a fluke year and the packers don't match up well against the niners or saints. The cowboys have a very good roster but who knows if McCarthy can have them play up to par. Philly is over rated as well. The AFC is loaded and that's the real battle tested conference. So the niners have a good chance to return to the superbowl...barring major injuries and we all know it's a toss up with the super bowl winners. Kyle has this team in the right direction. They just need to finish the job.

To be fair, those 3 other teams are really bad. It's like having 3 Sacramento kings playing in the AFC east.

I tried to name the best AFC East QBs during Brady's run and I came up with Chad Pennington and Tyrod Taylor. Drew Bledsoe played a few seasons for the Bills.

We absolutely can. Health is the biggest obstacle for this team. If they stay healthier than last year they are the best team in the NFL. Also expecting growth from Garoppolo, E Moseley, Brunskill. And an immediate impact from the rookies. This is a very well coached team we have an advantage there

I don't think Kyle needs to cheat and I think Jimmy is going to be as good or better than Brady (from a QB skill point of view) Now whether he will have Tom's super bowl record, that will be for the future to determine.
