49ers come out the gate on fire winning 37 - 10. Book it Jimmy G passes for 320 yards.

I think its going to be a sloppy game but we win because our d is just better than theirs and will make more stops. Its going to be one of those damn nerve racking games to start the year

A week ago I would have agreed with this especially with everything that's going on with no OTA's/virus/early season woes/etc but the reports coming out the last couple days of guys really locked in already and super amped up, walk throughs this early have been like regular practices kinda has me feeling like we come out and crush these fools! 38-13

Just remember...the Cardinals faced Kittle for 3 quarters on one good leg last year and still we getting handled. We've already seen that Budda Baker can't hold Kittle's jock. Thinking Simmons will fair any better in his first NFL game is laughable.

I agree. Jim keeps his streak of 300+ passing yard games against the Cardinals going on opening day. Then, next week in NY he does it again.

He may need 300-400 yards against the Cards. Murray the midget has a great group of receivers and these guys have given us trouble the last couple of years.
Kyle says that COVID is unavoidable and he's probably right. Teams are going to need to act quickly if anyone tests positive to try and avoid a team wide outbreak. One or two players and they can still compete unless it's the starting QB. Then all bets are off. If they somehow manage to play all 16 games the team that wins may be the one who is the luckiest when it comes to avoiding the virus. We always have that factor when it come to injuries but now teams also need to worry about the virus. It's not so much about how many players test positive as it is who tests positive. What is the procedure if one or 2 players test positive? Do they quarantine the team foe 1 week or 2? They could make up lost games after the season ends but more than one would be really tough unless they push back the playoffs. So many questions and uncertainty.
