I know this is an unavoidable part of contact sports. But this is getting ridiculous how many of our players are going down with hammy injuries
I thought when we got the sports science guys it was supposed to cut down on our unnecessary injuries
Is it that they are going hard in practice ??? Not enough stretching??
Aiyuk, bosa, Ford, Kittle, Verrett, k. Williams, juice, Garland, dwelley...
All were hammy/ calf! Ridiculous !!!

Don't need to drop an official injury report til like Saturday so I say announce the entire roster is having a hammy issues so the Cards don't know who's playing.

I doubt that we are not stretching enough. At this level everyone knows the importance of stretching and warming up.
Sometimes things just get tweaked sometimes they are more serious but looking for someone to blame is just that.

I would get comfortable. I believe there are going to be a lot of injuries this year (more than usual), especially through the first few weeks.

Then why do some teams like the 49ers have way more of these injuries in other teams?

And all will play so what's the big deal? Every team goes through injuries so we're not the only one. These are just minor ones that happens for every team in every training camp. Stop acting like we're some cursed team

similar to when the NFL had a lockout in 2011, there's been a ton of soft tissue injuries this off season across the board. No mini camps, OTAs, and strict practice protocol (which is suppose to keep guys healthier) IMO play a factor.

Was just about to post the same. I expected this to happen tbh and at this point I'm just happy that aside from Hurd we've mostly just had some small grade stuff to the upper portions of the depth chart.

Add Tavon Austin to season ending IR with a knee injury.

Wow really calling our great team cursed. Austin is a scrub and probably wasn't making the final
Roster anyway. But no it's always doom and gloom for you niner fans who want to constantly bash a team that kept most of the Super Bowl roster together. And anybody sho says our team is cursed is a hater period.
