Wow really calling our great team cursed. Austin is a scrub and probably wasn't making the final
Roster anyway. But no it's always doom and gloom for you niner fans who want to constantly bash a team that kept most of the Super Bowl roster together. And anybody sho says our team is cursed is a hater period.

Couldn't be more wrong in my opinion. Some teams have been injured for six years straight, significant players throughout the course of the season and the team at the top of the list or near the top is the 49ers. So it's not being a hater at all. Don't know what that has to do with anything whatsoever. Just speaking the truth, our team is a lot more injured than most others. Every year, the same thing. It seems very weird

Every team deals with injured but nope keep focusing and bashing the niners. All the players that are dealing with minor injuries will all play week one. But no al everybody wants to do is bash the niners constantly instead of appreciating what shanahan lynch peters Mayhew marathe have done. It's always bash bash bash. It never stops and will always continue. I expect most fans will predict we go 6-10 this season because a scrub receiver went on ir. Absolutely ridiculous.
I don't like how the 49ers initially announce injuries as minor, and then all of a sudden the player is placed on IR. Like JJ Nelson. They said he would be out 2-4 weeks, and then all of a sudden he's on IR for the year, when it seemed like he would have been recovered very early in the season. And they didn't say what type of knee injury it was to Austin that put him out for the year. This has happened with a number of players at various positions over the past 3 years. Don't they still have the IR list that allows a player to return after 6-8 weeks?

Again it's absolutely unfathomable that being annoyed the Niners have more injuries than most teams equates to hating or bashing the front office? What on earth are you talking about? I'm sorry I have to ask again! Who is bashing??? and all teams don't deal with the same injuries, especially the same number of injuries to quality players.

Let me guess you're one of those people last year when Staley McGlinchey Kyle juice Kwon Ford and so on Would claim that all teams deal with injuries? This is absolutely laughable.

I agree that most of the players will be back by a week one however as you know, or should know that hamstring injuries sometimes linger or get reaggravated so don't expect everything to be OK by week one and nothing to be more serious then you think it may be. I still think we will win 12 games however with our third string center and mash unit at my receiver, hopefully we will be able to Beat the Cardinals and everyone should be healthy by Philadelphia and wait for it because we certainly don't need them against the Jets or Giants

That's fine. Put your record prediction up. Is it 6-10. Put it up I want to see it

Not really true. There are different ways to measure a teams health. Total games lost, number of players on IR etc. Most sites I looked at have the Niners around 10-15 for the most injuries. The difference between them and the teams with fewer injuries is really slight. Over a 4 year average we were 13th but 14 thru 20 had about 2 fewer injuries per year. Not that big of a difference. One site, (Bettors.com) lists the Niners as one of the healthiest teams last year with 31 injuries.
So it really isn't correct to say the Niners have been one of the most injured teams 6 years straight. It depends on what they are calling injuries and the differences from the average to the worst isn't that great.

This is
The nfl with a big physical f. Players will get hurt. That's the nature of the league. Good teams know how to deal with it and we're one of those teams. So Keep bashing

I already did, it was 12 wins

I am usually an optimist it's just going into the seventh year straight with a myriad of injuries throughout the course of the year that cost us games let alone a Super Bowl, one tends to get discouraged that history keeps repeating itself. You can't tell me if we didn't have Westin Richburg DJ Jones or Trent Taylor we would not of won the Super Bowl

For the last time, it's not bashing. Do you expect every good team to have starters at their back up positions in terms of depth? We were so injured last year and our depth was the reason we finished with 13 wins so I'm not bashing at all. I think you are using the wrong word. Disappointment is more like it. It may be the nature of the league that teams deal with injuries but I would love to hear someone like you say after a team like Kansas City loses Patrick Mahomes and Tyreek Hill and Travis Kelce.... I will be here smiling and saying, hey all teams deal with injuries and not even consider The quality of players injured and the direct effect it has on losing games. Then we might have somebody like a back up injured and I'll say hey all teams deal with the same injuries.

Huh?

Staley all pro
Ford all pro
Kyle J all pro
Gould pro bowl
Kwon pro bowl
Richburg pro bowl alternate
McGlinchey solid
D.J. Jones solid
T Taylor one of the best at converting 3rd downs

Do I have to keep going or can we pretend like all teams deal with the same injuries or that we weren't hit by the injury bug way more than almost any other team in the NFL. This is so easy to argue it's getting ridiculous

Key word "was". That means you think were gonna
Suck this season. I'm right as always. Whats your new Record prediction?

Still 12 wins but if Dee Ford or Bosa Re aggravates their minor tweaks and are out past week 4 I'll go with 11 wins bc we have the BEST DEPTH in the league. That would be the opposite of bashing the front office for making these great depth moves

So what did I say? I didn't say we didn't have injuries. I just said that saying we were the most injured team for 6 straight years wasn't true. We had our share no question. Maybe we lost more important players but that's debatable as well. That's a different issue than saying we had the most injuries. McGlinchey, Staley, Gould and Ford all got hurt but they didn't miss the entire season. That's why I said you can measure this by games lost or number on IR. You could also measure it by games lost by starters. Stats can be made to say whatever you want to some extent. I found it interesting that a betting website considered the NIners one of the least injured last year. That tells me the other teams must have been really beat up given the guys we lost for a game here or there. I'm sure every fan base in the league is complaining about the same thing and hoping they can stay healthy.

I never said that they were not injured the whole year as well. I know the point you're making, I guess I'm just referring to injuries that cost teams games with elite/good players, I just provided that list and a lot of them were out at least 4 to 6 weeks which is a huge chunk of the season.

So I don't agree that its debatable at all. It is very cut and dry. If New England last Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski that would be humongous and you can't sugarcoat that by saying that those two injuries for an extended amount of time would equate to other teams losing players here and there that we're not as impactful.

I also never said we were the most injured team, just among them. The chargers in my opinion not only were severely injured but they lost excellent players like we did for a lot of games. I believe that's how it should be measured. And I don't agree at all that most teams fans have said that at all. Just check the injury reports and the quality of players injured as well as the length of time and it all fits what I'm saying
