Well Buffalo put their fullback on Injured Reserve and they almost drafted Hokit with their 7th pick. They were also strongly trying to sign him but the 49ers got him. Buffalo currently has no fullback. If the 49ers cut Hokit a reasonable chance exists that Buffalo claims him.

I'd be very surprised if DL Kevin Givens does not make the #49ers. John Lynch strongly intimated that Thursday on @KNBR. He talked about the "collective group" that's going to take over for DeForest Buckner. Lynch mentioned Javon Kinlaw, Solomon Thomas, Kentavius Street & Givens.

Yeah Givens is definitely making the 53. I've heard he's looked better then Soloman Thomas in camp.

Matt's are killing me. Lol. I'm watching twitter like a hawk. All my buddies are texting me that root for other teams with all these announced cuts and all is silent on the 49ers' front.

The #49ers have waived OL Dakoda Shepley, but he will remain in the Bay Area with the intention of signing to the practice squad tomorrow. His agent tells me even if he's offered another practice squad spot, he's going to accept the SF offer to remain with the organization.
