The 49ers blew an early 10-point lead in falling to Arizona at home last week, 24-20. San Francisco's 180 rushing yards allowed were its most in a game since Week 7 of the 2017 season against Dallas (265 yards).
The Jets managed just 254 total yards in their 27-17 Week 1 loss to the Bills, with 52 coming on the ground. In 2019 they ranked last in the NFL in total yards per game (273.0) and next-to-last in rushing (78.6; Dolphins, 72.3).

Well yes, when you play bad teams the expectation should be to dominate. There's really no excuse for a competent QB to not play well in this game.

Well yes, when you play bad teams the expectation should be to dominate. There's really no excuse for a competent QB to not play well in this game.
If he struggles against the Jets. It's cause for concern Imo.
