With Kittle out should I pick up Jordan Reed or the Gronk to replace him this week

I used Gronk last week and he didn't do jack.

Ditto...I'm thinking starting the TE from TEN. With my luck though, Gronk goes off this weekend

I ended up picking up Gronk. Hopefully he can get me 4-5 points. Not asking for much
I just looked at the NFL injury list and it's really long. Every team is getting hit hard. The Bills have 4 LBs out including all the starters. Also missing 2 starting DBs. Pittsburg is getting hit hard in the offensive line. The Niners WRs are decimated. It's like that all over the league. This season is going to be like that old movie Rollerball with guys getting hurt right and left.

I'd just like to openly declare my love and admiration for one Sir Franklin Gore. Who would have ever thought after his injuries in college he would go on to have such an awesome career. Nothing but love and respect for him!!!!!

9ers should have found a spot for him on the roster. Especially when the current lot took over. No excuses.
He's as good if not better than anyone they ever had on the roster. Great blocker. Picked up blitzes like no one. Always found the crease to get the extra yard. Get receiver out of the backfield. deceptive speed.

But all that aside, Gore was a Niner through and through. Still loves the team; bleeds Niner red and gold, Moreso than Kittle ( and I LOVE that guy). In the mold of Staley. And a total class guy It's a disgrace that you can find spots for scrubs, but not a productive HOFer.

This FO is populated by a bunch of hollow suits. "We loved . . . (insert name here - Watson. Mahomes, McCaffery etc, etc.) We tried real hard to get him. Gore is fantastic, wish we could have got him . . . Blah, blah, blah". Complete BS! SHOW something . . . talk less.

George Kittle. Dee Ford, Richard Sherman, Jason Verrett (who we never saw anyways) and Deebo Samuel.

No offseason plays a big part in that.

It's always a bad sign when you have this many key players out 2 weeks into the season. The 49ers could find themselves in a hole, they can't get out of. Unlucky.
No Kittle, Sherman, Ford, Deebo, and Richburg. All great starters when healthy. This game gon test our supposedly much improved depth. Lehhss Goooo Niners!!

it seems that we got the injury bug...at wide out and George Kittle is out and now Dee Ford...the jets are going to make Jimmy G try to win the game...I know the Jets havent been good bt this is the NFL....the hardest thing in sports to do in my opinion is win a football game...b/c its the most team sport.
damn im trying to remember last time they played the Jets in NY.. Was it Boomer/Toon days ? or after LoL i cant remember. I remember the Hearst 98 yard walk off @ candlestick

Agree. This next game is important to do well. All is not lost if we lose, but statistically, supposedly the playoffs will be theoretically unreachable with an 0-2 record, historically.
