Completely and utterly baffled. LMAOOOOO

I am not selling this I am just saying that it might come to a business decision if this falls right. I am not team Mullens but it would be best for the team overall considering you have a lot of contract coming due. Financially speaking that is.

FYI Jimmy base salary will be $24,100,000 and cap hit will be $26,900,000. How would you propose singing our foundational players using math???
The problem is Nick hasn't proved anything yet. You can't judge players on 8 games. lot's of guys look good for a season or half a season and then their real colors show up and they fade to backup or out of the league. It also works the other way. 8 games isn't enough.

Barring another injury to Jimmy, Mullens won't get enough playing time to make this even a thought for the team. Even still, Jimmy is the guy. I like Mullens and all, but Jimmy is a superior QB.

Yet the team paid Jimmy after 8 games.....Just saying

Spoon might not play as well.

This is just getting almost surreal now, these injuries. I played some corner when I was younger if they need bodies...(o.k., no).

Me too. The difference between Spoon and me getting burned? A million bucks and I'll make it to the blooper reel.

Jimmy had a little more time in the league sitting behind Brady. Not only that but Jimmy is a little bigger and has a better arm. They have similar talents but there are a lot of teams that wouldn't trade for Jimmy since he might not fit their system. No matter what your talents are they have to be a fit for the system and the fact is a lot of teams are going to the up tempo option offense. Neither would fit that style.

I mean, I'm a firm believer in "next man up" but this is getting ridiculous after just two games. I'm hoping some of these younger guys can step up this Sunday...Kinlaw, Street, Givens, Al-Shaair, the new CB Webster if he gets in...on offense, Aiyuk, Hasty if he gets some run, etc. I think Mullens can be solid back there and getting half a game's worth of playing time last Sunday helped to get his feet wet. A lot of question marks but you just have to hope the D can make it tough on the Giants and get the ball back to the offense as much as possible for some point-producing drives. Just hoping for the best this Sunday.

My overall point was projected savings vs projected talent and ability to sign future talent to keep your team competitive. Ex. Bosa will require a s**t pile of cap space.

How's your when you get burned?
Gonna have to work on that if you want to keep up with Spoon
(Like I could have ever sniffed the NFL)

Yeah they got him questionable with a hamstring. I guess that means Varrett is gonna start opposite Mosely.
