Don't need a championship caliber team to beat the giants

Spoon might not play as well.

This is just getting almost surreal now, these injuries. I played some corner when I was younger if they need bodies...(o.k., no).

"hurty-niners"

Seriously! At this point, I don't want to jinx anything by saying, "At least so-and-so isn't hurt..."

Go Niners!

We lost to the Falcons last year who were terrible.

Anything can happen, and its not good when you lose all your starting players.

The falcons we're actually talented and we're playing much better late in the season.

Me too. The difference between Spoon and me getting burned? A million bucks and I'll make it to the blooper reel.

I mean, I'm a firm believer in "next man up" but this is getting ridiculous after just two games. I'm hoping some of these younger guys can step up this Sunday...Kinlaw, Street, Givens, Al-Shaair, the new CB Webster if he gets in...on offense, Aiyuk, Hasty if he gets some run, etc. I think Mullens can be solid back there and getting half a game's worth of playing time last Sunday helped to get his feet wet. A lot of question marks but you just have to hope the D can make it tough on the Giants and get the ball back to the offense as much as possible for some point-producing drives. Just hoping for the best this Sunday.

It is just absurd. I think last weeks game was more frustrating than the super bowl. Its one thing to get beat. Another to get beaten up. Hope we can at least go 2-1 over these next 3 games and get healthy before the schedule gets a lot harder.

I like J. Garoppolo but I think if Mullens runs this offence and pushes the ball downfield more it will provide an opportunity for the team to save some cap space for the future by either negotiating or cutting/trading Garoppolo and making Mullens the starter.

Holy hell not this s**t for the umpteenth time. Such a useless point and/or argument.

Our O line is back to full strength (Garland maybe better than Richberg) and I heard their D line is beat up. So why not use the Minnesota playoff game plan from last year and feed Jet and Wilson over and over.

We'll probably Keep it simple and rely on a heavy dosage of the run game to beat the Giants Imo.

Lots of running and playaction passes off of it. If Mullens has to sling it around were probably in trouble.

I can 100% promise you that NY's defensive gameplan will be shut down the run and make Nick mullens beat you. Expect loaded boxes and a heavy blitzing scheme

That would be too logical.
