This division is too good. I say play each game like preseason. Take out the starters after the first quarter. Onto 2021!

If we do make the playoffs Wel get our asses kicked round 1 by an inferior team like Gb or Minnesota.
Sry it's just the reality of our situation. We lose starters every week. Not every team suffers that many losses.
Luck evens out, other teams will lose players too.
10 games is doable depending on Kittle, Jimmy G, Mostert and Deebo coming back before too long. Hopefully they are 4-1 going into the Rams game.

If we are in any other division I would say yes. But with Arizona and Seattle playing lights out, rams are not playing bad either. Let's see how the season turns out for the rest of the season. Play to win and anything is possible.

If Jimmy only misses a game, maybe two...we can still make it. Longer term I can't see keeping up with the rest of the west

To be optimistic, yes. But in this tough NFC West and our two main QB killas hurt, better put your rosey lense glasses on

Losing Buck in the offseason , Bosa, Thomas and JG now means that 8 wins will have to get us in

Rams look like the team that went to the SB 2 years ago. Murray and Hopkins is gonna continue to give us trouble. What more can you say about RW. It's gonna be tough to get in this year.

The NFC west is 7-1 with the only loss being the Niners loss to the Cards. The pass rush is really going to be reduced without Bosa and Ford is hurting again. Without a pass rush, the DBs are going to be exposed especially until Sherman is fully healthy. The offense may find itself trailing more often than it did last year.

I think we can still pull it off, but I think that there are way to many good teams in the playoffs to actually make a run for a Lombardi. Here's how we do it:
@Giants (Kittle & Ford Return): WIN
Eagles (Deebo Return): WIN
Dolphins (Sherman Return): WIN
Rams: WIN (Jimmy G, Mostert Return)
@Patriots: LOSS
@Seahawks: LOSS (WZ starts calling for Mullens again)
Packers: WIN
@Saints: LOSS
@Rams: LOSS (WZ starts calling for Mullens again)
Bills: WIN
Football Team: WIN
@Cowboys: WIN
@Cardinals: WIN
Seahawks: LOSS
10-6

After looking at the schedule, the niners go 5-11. Look at the schedule again. The niners may go 4-1 and then not win a game the rest of the year.
