Unbelievable that we dropped 36 with basically every skill position player missing.

Good game from everyone except our long snapper.
Good thing we didn't have to punt today. That would of been disaterous.
Also I heard its the first game the 49ers haven't punted in since the 90s.
yup, since 93 if I read the tv correctly... crazy stat.

Oh, my. I watched that game. It was against the Bills. I remember Steve Young was in a shoot out with Jim Kelly. Wow.

Lucky thing. The way Nelson was having trouble today, who knows where the ball would have gone.

Would of been like that FG kick against Seattle last year.

1988 - 49ers
1989 - 49ers
1990 - Bills
1991 - Bills
1992 - Bills
1993 - Bills
1994 - 49ers
Crazy

No they said it was week 16 of 1993 season That was a That was a 37-34 overtime loss to the Eagles. The Buffalo game was a home game in 1992. I was there too. It was one of the best game I ever saw in regular season. The teams combined for near 1000 yrds which was really huge in those days.

And in over half those years the other team lost their conference championship game.
1988 - Bills (lost to Bengals)
1990 - 49ers (lost to Giants)
1992 - 49ers (lost to Cowboys)
1993 - 49ers (lost to Cowboys)
So, 50% correct in predicting SB teams every year, and 57% of the time both teams made their conference championhsips only for one of them to win and the other to lose.
Insane

Its games like these that make me realize KS and JL were the perfect choices for the job. Ones where everything is going wrong with injuries, but they still found a way to go out there and get the job done with backups.

Agreed. That was an offense display the likes not seen before or, frankly, since considering the defensive rules still favored the defense.
