Salah really needs to figure out a solution for running qb's. We allowed Daniel jones to look dual threat today

Jones isn't going to win a game doing that, though. Not the same thing as Wilson/Murray.

yeah but we shouldn't be allowing every qb to be looking like a dual threat is his point I think.
SOLUTION IS EASY...

If they can run, keep them in the pocket !!!
Teams game plan against Jimmy G by making him pass to beat them. They try to stop the run, and force him to go to the air. Sometimes he is on fire eg NO game, and other times, he is not. Mullens I think is a better pure passer then JG. I mean how often does JG pass for over 340 yards? Mullens seems to be more comfortable in the pocket and avoids the pressure better, and he knows KS system like the back of his hand. Yes, the Giants were bad, but that is still an NFL team with some players we would have loved to sign. The O line has to be better. Couldn't believe it when the Giants defender went right up the middle untouched to sack Mullens.

Joe Burrows passed for 312 yards and 2 scores against the Eagles today, even after taking 8 sacks from the Eagles defense!! KS is going to look at the Eagles game tape and salivate. If a rookie QB on his 3rd start can pass for over 300 yards while taking all those sacks, he will find all sorts of ways to make Mullens do way better. Mullens should shred the Eagles with 400 yards passing. It would be refreshing to go into a game for once where the opponent has to game plan to stop the pass instead of the run. I say start Mullens again next week against the Eagles. Give Jimmy G another week to rest. If Mullens wins the Eagles game with another 300 yards + passing, it will light a fire under JG. JG is the number 1, but Mullens is a more then competent backup.

Saleh called a great game today. It's almost impossible to always stop a QB running. But playing a guy like Jones, if that's the opponents go to, I'll take my channels every game. He isn't Lamar Jackson or Kyler Murray

Sure. But if there's a choice between allowing Jones to get a few 20 yard runs and 9 points and allowing him to get pass completions and more points I take the former.
People need to accept that without boss we aren't winning any games 17-14 or less. We will have to put up near 30 pts a game to win consistently.

False. We had the #2 overall offense last year and we have the pieces to have a more dynamic offense. D has taken a hit for sure but we still can have a solid D along with what could be a top 3 offense again.
This board is intolerable even after a blowout win

This

Not putting down Jimmy G in any way but I just believe Mullens has more of that "IT" factor.
Feels like the run game was pretty lackluster this week...even down to the type of runs...i know Mostert is faster than everyone but I didnt see his kinds of run plays called at all.

Early on I thought Jet was trying to force a couple of those runs to the edge. Nerves, rust, or too amped up, can't blame him too much. Been a long time since he had a start.
