Its really not too crazy of an idea. a lot of QBs are getting overpaid right now. Every year some desperate team does stupid s**t.
Usually its the bottom 5 to 7 teams every year with front office, a newbie coach that makes decisions that, hopefully, ShanaLynch can fleece for a first or 2nd round pick.

What did we get for Alex Smith to the Chiefs ? 2 -second rounders?

It's not that hard at all. Belicheat came up with a muddle rush concept when he played against mike Vick. You actually want him in the pocket. Wide 9 works a lot better when you have stud DEs. Muddle rush, clog up the middle don't get too far upfield

Just because you tender a player something doesnt mean you cant negotiate with a team to trade the player.

Too true. Wasn't looking good with that pitch early in the game. Gotta hand to the players for staying relatively healthy for the rest of the game.
