Salah really needs to figure out a solution for running qb's. We allowed Daniel jones to look dual threat today

A few random thoughts on the Giants game. Jordan Reed has REALLY good hands. It seems like he was catching everything that was thrown his way. Even on that contested ball that he couldn't bring in near the end zone he made a terrific effort. Jason Verrett has really quick feet, which is something I like to see in a corner. He's very efficient in his movements and can get his hips turned really smoothly. Have to confess though that with both he and Jordan I was just waiting for one or both of them to get injured. Especially Reed whose long history with concussions has me sort of holding my breath every time he gets hit or goes to the ground hard. If he can stay healthy this year opposing defenses are really going to have their hands full when the Niners run any two TE sets with Reed and Kittle.
In spite of all of the complaining that goes on in here about Lynch's drafting it seems pretty evident that, from top to bottom, the Niners have one of the best rosters in the league. Almost everybody on the team is capable of contributing meaningful snaps when given the opportunity to do so. They certainly seem to have one of he best QB situations. Not many back-ups could come in and play as well as Mullens did.
Its clear to see what they liked about McKinnon when they brought him. Sucks that he was hurt for the first two years. Aiyuk's first touchdown run looked a lot like Deebo Samuel's first TD run last year. It seemed like it was almost the same play and I think Deebo's was 19 yards as well. Aiyuk's catch radius was also on display. He really bailed Mullens out on a couple of those balls. Aiyuk, Samuel, Kittle, Reed, Bourne, Taylor. Maybe the team lacks a true number one in the mold of a Julio Jones but they have a whole slew of guys who do really well in this scheme and will fight for every yard.
Not sure how long Kwon Alexander is signed for but you have to figure his days on the team are numbered if any of the younger guys step up this year. Warner and Greenlaw are the guys who need to be on the field so if Flannigan-Fowles or Al-Shaair can prove they can hold down that other spot I can easily see the team moving on from Alexander.
Kinlaw still has a ways to go but based on his early play it is possible that he could end up being a more disruptive force along the line than Buckner, who was really steady and reliable but perhaps didn't bring the degree of violence to his play that Kinlaw seems capable of. Definitely arrow up. Still bummed that Bosa is gone for the year though. There probably isn't another player on the team that they could have afforded to lose less than him. Hopefully he comes back strong and doesn't have his career derailed by a knee that is never really right again. Finally on the topic of edge rushers. Just saw an article that said Aldon Smith is leading the league in sacks after four games. What a tragedy that was. The guy could have gone down as one of the best ever if he could have just kept his head screwed on straight. Sad, that.

wish there was another expression to use other than step up... but man did a bunch of guys step up. the names have already been layed out i am sure by other people who you know who they are. very proud of the team . of course we can not skip past the eagles like we did one monday night years ago and got destroyed. we saw nick can keep the seat warm vs teams like the giants jets and most likely the dolphins and eagles. it will be nice to have mostert back. when reed went down. dwelley just took that upon himself. very very impressed

I've been watching his vids for a long time, he's a bit of a goof ball, but he's very passionate for his team. Hate the Giants, but always appreciate seeing other die hard fans

I enjoyed the following in 2010:
The 2010 Dallas Cowboys won 2 games in Cowboys Stadium. Same amount of wins as Manny Pacquiao
(Previously was "Manny Pacquiao still has more wins this year in Cowboys Stadium than the Cowboys do" until near the end of the season)
