SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS at NEW ORLEANS SAINTS - 2020 Game 10

Hopefully Mostert is back after the bye. Were literally down to McKinnon and Austin Walter.

Zach Wilson will make that throw.

You are correct

Every QB not on the 49ers roster makes that.

So Moore and Ward as the starting safeties and Harris in as that 3rd LBer...I dig it.

Hopefully that trend continues for the rest of the season now.

Mullens got smacked way harder than Brees but we all saw how the flags went

Mullens took some pops but he didn't get a 300lber land on him.

Yes he did. David Onyemata's hit was much worse.

No it wasn't.

What game were you watching? Street turned to his side when he sacked Brees. Onyemata did not when he landed on Mullens.

Street partially landed on Brees. Onyemata, with a running start, lowered his helmet into Mulllens' chin AND landed on top of Mullens. It's not even close which hit was worse.

I don't think we can complain about the throw. It went 55 yards in the air. Problem is that he threw it too late and allowed the WR to get too far downfield. Having said that, an NFL QB minimum should be 60. Having said, having said that, Steve Young only maxed out 63 yards in those pre Pro Bowl comps and that was with zero line and all the time he wanted.

Much props to Saleh and this defense. They're playing their asses off despite our depleted roster. One thing that stood out to me yesterday was how "dirty" New Orleans seemed to be playing. A lot of cheap shots, late hits etc...I know they're still mad about last year's game.

Brees would've pressed assault charges against the defender. Showed up to court in a neck brace.

Interesting take on Lebatard and Stugotz this morning. They were talking about the hit on Brees from K. Street. They said that the ref waited for Brees to get up and noticed he was hurt before throwing the flag. When I look back at it, it was thrown late. Total BS.

We'd knock that piece of turd off his face

Yep, and he even looked at the ref while giving a slight motion with his hand to tell him to throw it. It was completely ridiculous.

I am so sick of these calls every other week that the Niners seem to get riddled with at crucial points in the game. It started week 1 with Murray getting flags all the way up the field, continued with Wilson's half slide, and then this crap from Brees. Meanwhile, we watched the Jets dive into Jimmy's ankle with no call, and as he was on the ground hurt they allowed another player to hit him again. Still no call.
Let me guess we're playing the Saints in New Orleans again next season?
