Must draft a QB when we don't need one so that QB will be ready for when we DO need one. NEVER want to draft a QB when one is needed because we would lose 2 years on development.

Every team should be drafting a QB in the top 3 rounds every other year.

Have the Niners played 1 game this season where they were even close to being healthy? Week 1 and 2 were probally the closest and they were still missing 3 or 4 main pieces. And it looks like it will continue in week 12. Will get Deebo,Mostert, and Sherman back but will be without Aiyuk.
