SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS vs WASHINGTON FOOTBALL TEAM - 2020 Game 13

Understandable, but the difference might be between picking top five or picking in the teens, which is the difference between getting an real franchise QB and sticking with the mediocre.

I feel exactly the same way tbh. I'll be rooting for a win regardless of our situation but I won't be disappointed either If we we're to lose our remaining games.
Niners 27

Washington 6

I'm a little different. Once we don't have a shot at the playoffs (I know there's a slim chance) let alone a SB, I'm all for draft position.
Playoffs here we come. Need a good showing by the defense today. What I saw against the Bills was unrecognizable especially for Warner being out of position and getting picked apart like that over the middle and Sherm looked physically unable to play. McGlinchey needs to pull his head out this game.
Alex Smith day but Niners win
28-10 Football Teams. A.Smith has 300 yrds 4 yrds at a time.
This is the game that I'm going to decide if I'm gonna root for a tank or not. We lose this I'm 100% on the Wilson bandwagon.

Yep we could get Trubisky in top 5 while another team gets Mahomes in the teens. Lol....you guys dream too much.

I feel like a loss let's the pressure off us fans to hope for playoffs. Certainly won't root to lose but a loss would be more of a relief than a disappointment.

IMHO: Anyone who thought Trubisky was better than Mahomes based on college tape has no business even opening their mouth about football ever again. Trubisky was extremely inexperienced and barely did anything of note in college. Mahomes was a human highlight reel.

In the case of the 2020 draft, Wilson does a bunch of stuff we do every single Sunday. He's pretty much an ideal pick.

Lots of other places to debate this so I won't go into it further. You're not wrong though.

That's kind of how I feel tbh. I don't have much faith with Nick as QB though.

Definitely. It's hard being a fan sometimes lol.

I feel like we have the advantage of knowing we're missing a TON of elite players due to injury.
