Y'all mofos really want Tomsula back don't you.
Shanahan is far from being the problem this season.

I'm sorry. This offense SHOULD NOT look this bad. Shanny has the QB staff got the QB's he wants. He's got mostly the WR's he wants. He's got mostly the OL he wants. The injuries have mostly come on the defensive side of the ball, yet Saleh has this defense ranked 5th.
I'm not calling for Shanny to be fired. He's the most creative playcaller and play designer in the league. But he cannot be allowed to direct personnel. He just can't. What he thinks he wants in a QB simply good in live games. It may look good to him ON PAPER and in practice, but in games they're awful, or cannot stay on the field. Then, he goes out of his way to feature WR's that he's drafted while more consistent WR's get incidental targets.
Shanny's blind spot is in the personnel department. He really needs to allow Lynch and the personnel staff to take more control of the roster.
The offensive line has been a mess all year with the constant changes at center and guard. Today they had Skule playing a new position for the first time.
I'm sorry bro. Those two injured spots is no excuse for the offense looking this bad. Glinch, Trent, and Lake are still playing well. Clearly, the scheme is there. It's the personnel chosen to run it, namely at the QB and WR positions. Shanny's vision at those 2 position groups is killing this team. What Shanny wants at those two positions isn't good for this team.
Stopped reading after "Glinch playing well"
Don't think Glinch is playing well, overall? Fine. But that just go to my point about this team not doing well on offense when Shanny has largely what he wants.
You really think Shanny wants Mullens at QB? 4th string C's and RG, Dwelley starting TE and James opposite of aiyuk starting at WR?
Not to mention Mostert being in and out of the lineup most of this season.

On the real tho, I think we need to reboot the roster a bit. Let Sherm walk, tartt walk and sign some FAs to replace them. Cut jimmy so we can resign Trent and Fred, let Ford go and draft a safety in the 2nd. QB in the first or sign Ryan or stafford if available and go CB or edge in the first

What? You have higher expectations from the Zone then that?

I didnt expect anything more from this team so the better we place ourselves for the draft the best it is...

I know, it's almost as if there's a bunch of individuals in here rather than one collective hive mind.
Hive mind. Great. I haven't heard that one before

This, people here really just need to b**ch about every thing especially in a season like this. I wanna know what coach can do anything with like 80 mil on IR for most of the season.

Just like I haven't heard someone whinging about posters contradicting when common sense provides a simple answer.

Elaborate? Yes Madden is a video game where you can do almost what you want and do not have to suffer the consequences of your dumb moves and just rest to where you were before your "bright" ideas.
Real life you can ruin your career as a GM when you make bonehead decisions and throw away a winning QB on the risk your rookie draft pick will be another Mahomes and immediately take you to the Super Bowl. Warner is not going anywhere. Sherm is going and so will Ford.

Dumping and replacing starters all over the roster and expecting them not only to mesh together but play as well or better than the guys they replaced.
A Rookie QB is not the answer if this team wants to be competitive next year. Going after Ryan and Stafford probably won't work for either team because of the salary cap and Ford is going nowhere until at least the offseason of 2022 because of the guaranteed money left on his deal. Speaking of our DB's I think only Ward and a practice squad kid are signed for the 2021 season on the roster so we have a lot of work there.
