Im tired of seasons like this. Everybody wants the team to "tank", get whatever shiny new draft prospect, but still b***h about losing AND winning.

I know, it's almost as if there's a bunch of individuals in here rather than one collective hive mind.

Hive mind. Great. I haven't heard that one before

Just like I haven't heard someone whinging about posters contradicting when common sense provides a simple answer.

Bro, I'm dead. I can't win an argument against you. Your gift of gab too strong

Agreed. Good talk.

On the real tho, I think we need to reboot the roster a bit. Let Sherm walk, tartt walk and sign some FAs to replace them. Cut jimmy so we can resign Trent and Fred, let Ford go and draft a safety in the 2nd. QB in the first or sign Ryan or stafford if available and go CB or edge in the draft

If only Madden was like real life.

Elaborate?

Dumping and replacing starters all over the roster and expecting them not only to mesh together but play as well or better than the guys they replaced.

A Rookie QB is not the answer if this team wants to be competitive next year. Going after Ryan and Stafford probably won't work for either team because of the salary cap and Ford is going nowhere until at least the offseason of 2022 because of the guaranteed money left on his deal. Speaking of our DB's I think only Ward and a practice squad kid are signed for the 2021 season on the roster so we have a lot of work there.
hitting on a top rookie QB prospect is always the answer. it not about the next year, it about the future

So how many more losing seasons is KS given before he's fired because a Rookie QB is a good way to go back into long term rebuilding.

thats the chance every Team takes, but with a rookie QB we have a better chance at keeping the team intact
Do not put Mostertt, Kittle, Jimmy G or Deebo on the field the rest of the year.

I bet Mostert, Kittle, Jimmy G or Deebo would appreciate wasting their career like that if they are healthy.

Shannahan is a good coach. Just becaus we were dealt a s**t year because of coviid and bad luck doesn't mean Kyle is a bad coach. Go be a seahawks fan then

KS loses the team if he tells them they are benched if healthy in order to "Tank".

He aint losing the locker room i can bet you that.!!!!! Maybe some fans but ehhhh....
Rough season. Almost swept by the NFC East.

This year's end can't come soon enough. I'm ready for a reset. 2020 has just sucked all around.

Someone must have said this but this game was perfect and Mullens is perfect for what we need right now. Good enough to make it interesting and give Aiyuk and our young OL some practice, and let our young team fight like they should. But bad enough to screw it up by the end and keep our draft pick high.

The point is none of the are really healthy. But maybe it is a good idea to put them out there for two games and get them hurt so the don't waste their careers (2 games) this year.

Didn't matter, they would still have had to get the on side kick and you see how well that worked.

Onside kicks with a stationary kickoff team pre kick is f**king dumb. The odds were already terrible

Agree. Almost the same odds as winning lotto. It was very low b4 rule change, literally impossible now unless you're playing the Falcons.haha
2020 in a nutshell
I hurried home, turned on the TV, 49ers tried an onside kick, turned off the TV and went to find something better to do.
