Your post is meaningless. No one wants to play for a team that is willing to lose on purpose.
Crazy what not turning the ball over can do

Plus Belichick is the last HC on earth to lose on purpose.
Murray seems like Cam 2.0 - always pouting on the sideline pretending the world is against him.

He definitely has a frontrunner mentality. When things go well he's super hyped and smiling and when he screws up he goes into "little kid that wanted an XBox but got an ugly sweater for Christmas" mode.

I'm not saying he's going to lose on purpose, I'm saying he won't go out of his way to win.

Yep a lot of fans come from participation trophy places. What is the point of cheering for your team to lose. How can that be enjoyable. There are guys in here that probably do believe thier team would tank. Just like they believe that the NFL tells the refs to help or hurt certain teams. Anyone seen Sasquatch lately.

Yeah. I see him all the time on a ranch not a mile from my house. I think he's made of steel, though.

There is a steel one on one of our delivery routes in Arkansas.

Baker is the same.

Little men getting anointed as the next great Titan too early.

the win does nothing for this team?? rofl

there are a ton of tangible/intangible things the win has set in motion..for instance theres now a better chance for Saleh to get a HC position after he laid an egg against the Bills. that means draft picks for us..

So winning this game is what determined if a team was gonna making him a head coach? Nah dude.

Saleh is a stud coach and it sucks we're losing him. Great we get a 100th and something pick but it's not a massive positive.

You think this game is some turning point or massive victory cool, I think it's a week 16 win with a bunch guys that might not be on the team next yr. we lose a couple spots in the draft and possibly a franchise changing QB.

Too each their own on the results of what happened. Happy for the players

Patriots don't have to try to lose to Buffalo. Cam Newton is atrocious. Josh Allen isn't and that Bills defense is going to be pumped up to humiliate New England.

Any professional in the game of football should be trying to win every game regardless. Only teams with a losing culture position for draft slot. You can find elite talent anywhere in the draft. Worry about having a winning mentality at all times.

This guy would start tanking after week 7 if he didn't go 6-0

He is always going out of his way to win. You should do some research on how obsessed he's been with winning going back to his Giants days as Parcells DC.

I shake my head at the "meaningless win" crowd and their frustration that we didn't lose. There is no meaningless win - all foster a culture of success. Sure, some of the players from today won't be with the team next year. But others will be. Rookies and free agents will want to come to a team where the culture is such that even after 20-odd starters in IR, this team is so well managed and the players are so bought in with the vision of this management that they go out and dominate a team fighting for its playoff life. I was delighted to see the way we played today: professional and ruthless and cleaning up the mistakes from the last couple of games.

I also saw the early game with Detroit not even bothering to turn up. Embarrassing. Do you prefer to root for a team like that? No higher draft pick is worth this.

It's not like he has much of a chance to win tomorrow against Buffalo but they'll surely beat the Jets next week.
