Good news if healthy!

Good stuff, likely would be minimum deal, with $137,500 in incentives, would only count $850K. I wanted him back, hope he's healthy enough to contribute, cause when he was healthy he was really good.

Always listen to Matt Maiocco. Odds are in your favor.
My 1 and only mock draft, https://49erscap.com/index.php/2021/04/21/2021-49ers-7-round-mock-draft/

I've been going back and forth with David, I don't see Rosen as a lock for the 53, he needs to prove it in the offseason & preseason, I give Sudfeld the upper hand due to the GTD money, but he has a point that Sudfeld would likely be the PS QB cause that $252K GTD would be his PS Salary.

I'm not sold on Sanu making it, I'm skeptical of guys like Al-Shaair, & Flannigan-Fowles. I also don't see Willis as a lock, we should take a young EDGE. I know people say we don't have a lot of open spots, but we need to get depth, so besides the QB at 3, we need IMO a Slot WR, 2 CBs, a IOL, maybe a 4th TE, EDGE, and I'd like to draft a couple LBs to compete, so what if they're 6th or 7th rd picks. I like Ernest Jones & K.J. Britt.
I wanted to post this in here, I did a early mock 2022 offseason, http://49erscap.com/index.php/2022-mock-offseason-plan/

I've identified the following as key FAs to retain, depending on how 2021 goes.

RB Raheem Mostert
RB Jeff Wilson Jr.
WR Trent Sherfield
TE Ross Dwelley
LG Laken Tomlinson
RT Mike McGlinchey
NT D.J. Jones
NT Zach Kerr
CB Jason Verrett
CB K'Waun Williams
SS Jaquiski Tartt
SS Tarvarius Moore
SS Marcell Harris

RFAs & ERFAs

RB JaMycal Hasty
RG Daniel Brunskill
DT Kevin Givens
NT Darrion Daniels

I believe the 49ers will extend Warner this offseason, should cost around $3M this season, and probably a $5.5M 2022 cap number.

If/when the 49ers trade or cut Garoppolo in 2022, they'll save $24.895M, after Warner's projected extension, they'd be at $24,922,199 under a $203M cap, they could create cap room by redoing AA($10.424M), Kittle($8.332M) and by cutting Ward($6.795M).

But I actually believe they can retain the guys they'll identify as key priorities with that $24M.
