LMAO. So many facts in this. Fans have THE biggest blind spot for pass protection (unparalleled).

For some, there is absolutely no scenario where they would hold the OL primarily responsible for any loss. Ever.

If the unit pass protection let every single defender go free every single snap, I guarantee you, there'd still be fans in here blaming the QB, scheme, coaching and receivers. Guaranteed.

Jimmy sure made that OLine look good in 2019 when he was healthy though. I gotta admit.

But speaking for myself, we need Trent (or a high quality left tackle back there) to protect whoever is playing QB that day. Center of course. We need a good one. But more importantly, I hope we got a good OLine coach, and hopefully people will be knocking down the door to sign Scangarello and/or our OLine coaches to a Head Coaching job in a year or two because of their work here with the 49ers.

Yeah the Brady told the coach to sit down and shut up. It had nothing to do with the QB.

what did I post back in 2015? If anything we were just mad at everything because it ALL sucked. We had a god damn HC farting during interviews. Once teams starting playing strait up zone vs Kap he was incapable of reading defenses. He couldn't quarterback to the level you need, at least with that roster and coaching staff. Not on single person in this world thought Pears, Devey, Martin were good players. He was given complete s**t to work with and we actually thought he was gonna make it look good? That's unfair and you know it.

I feel like you just want to find one thing to complain about, make that the reason for any lack of success and ride that wave for as long as possible. That's not meant to be mean or hate...more of an observation, but everything you discuss in here more often then not is related to one thing.
