Trey Lance had an eye opening pro day in Fargo. I believe that the Jets have centered on Trey Lance at #2, and that's why the Eagles tried to trade to #3 for Zach Wilson. The #49ers beat them to it. The price is high, but Wilson is that special. He's a perfect fit for Shanahan.

Trey Lance is a myth. Who has actually what he's this guy play a football game against a team anyone has heard of
That only really leaves Mac Jones- who I do like but this is an awful lot to pay for him.
My only hope is that Saleh has given Shanahan some insight into what the Jets will do with #2, and they don't plan on taking Wilson.
If not, this will be the move that Shanahan and Lynch get fired over

The most accurate passers are Wilson and Jones. Personally I prefer Wilson because he is mobile, but I dont think that will happen. Not sold on Lance or Fields at this point.

The fact that there are potentially 3 quarterbacks we are talking about taking with the 3rd pick... does that speak to the talent of the top qb prospects in this draft or to the importance of needing an elite quarterback in this league?
