Bartch would get first crack if they bring him back. Have him compete with Burford.

i haven't watched him that much this year and reading here that it wasn't good.. but with those numbers... maybe it was just normal zoners hating everything

He hasn't been good this year compared to previous years....I rather they go after Kevin Zeitler, He played for only 6 mil this year on the Lions.

He has been playing while injured most of the year. Hence, his rating among guards has dropped about 12 spots. Still, he is ranked just above the mid-line of all guards.

Like Brock Purdy, his down year this year has likely hurt his value. Based on a number of sources, we might be able to keep AB for something in the $4.5-6 million range. If so, he is worth keeping. If someone jumps up and offers him $8-9 million (I doubt it), then we pass. However, given our current lack of depth on the OL, it is worth an attempt to keep him.

We don't know how the team views Nick Zakelj. He has the physical tools and played quite well in limited snaps, particularly in PP, at the end of the year. Perhaps they let Banks walk and use Zakelj for depth.
Banks late seasons injury may hinder his FA value, depending on the rehab time frame.

And it's not like Creed Humphrey was some schmuck.

Not worth it. We gotta cut costs wherever possible. Unless we are talking about a real legit player, why bother?

This. They should only retain value players like Jennings or starters for every team like Lenoir.

That one stings. Kyle's fetish for a vet C has screwed us over top young talent YoY. At least Puni was a step in the right direction.
