I think this is a John Lynch pick. Like "Kyle, we know you don't value Guards early in the draft, but you'll thank me for having this guy penciled in at RG for the next 10 years"
This pick makes both jimmy and trey happy
This may be the greatest offseason under the Lynch and Kyle regime

He's not really a center type. But he definitely signals a shift in philosophy, focusing more on pass blocking, as well as power run game while still being agile enough to get out to the second level.

I think this pick makes everyone happy, unless you're just deadset on complaining no matter what.

Bigger thank Kinlaw. And Kinlaw is big.

Nah, nobody is as big as Kinlaw. Kinlaw is 325 lbs with visible abs. He's legitimately the biggest guy in the league.

Will have to see them side by side because it's close in measured size but they should be a really fun camp match up to watch.

NY will be complaining. ... according to his KNOWLEDGE, Banks isn't the type of OL that fits KS's running scheme..

Agree on the shift - with Trey as QB and more of a power gap (while still doing the outside zone) is going to be a hard offense to stop on third and shorts.

He'll have the opportunity to even out in a pro weightroom environment. I'm guessing they'll probably ask him to lose some weight to improve his mobility a bit.

And now the other 49ers offensive lines can place an dirty plug up the succulent proctal regions of the namby-pamby defenses as we maken them our stretched out mansies.

Jennifer's numbers are wrong. Kinlaw was 324 lbs at the NFL combine, and that's 324 at a low body fat %. Banks is massive, but the dude has a belly.

But we're just splitting hairs here. They're both huge dudes.
6'6 but he's built like he's 5'11 lol
