Again, ashamed I gave up on Ambry so quickly, won't happen again with another player, he's been so good these past 5 games.

Me too. I love eating crow on him. I thought he played like Witherspoon and I hated it. I'm not even mad about the td he gave up. Such good position but a perfect throw to a great wr.

Agreed 100%, nothing you could do there on that DK TD, great coverage, better catch. Happens.

Yup. I really love the development of Ambry and Demo. They both got drafted together, struggled together, and now are growing up together. This secondary went from a weakness to pretty darn good. Kudos to Lynch for really addressing that. I hope he does Oline next.

Good poast!

I also think the improvement can be directly tied to Wilks.
Ambry Thomas has a broken hand and needs surgery. Here we go again with this team. So he has a big cast on and can't catch an interception in the playoffs? Always at the end of the year with this team. Hopefully the 3 weeks off at least can help him.

They are both really playing well and growing up together. It's great. But Ambry Thomas is not injured. Hopefully he gets healthy in a hurry.
Heal up quick Ambry, we going to need you in the playoffs

They have really developed into consistent quality players.

They haven't struggled and grow together until this season.

In their rookie season, Lenoir was an early contributor, and then for whatever reason end the season in the dog house. Ambry was was the complete opposite. He was so raw and not ready early in the season and then end up being a starter to end the season. In their second season, Lenoir developed and became the starter mid season while Ambry was in the dog house the whole season.

THIS year, the Dynamic Duo really stablished what they are... 20 a CB and 2 a NB.
I think I'm on crazy pills. I was actually worried when Thomas was injured saying….s**t we need him shoes how much he's improved. Usually I'd be happy another player like Verrett or Womack could take his spot but now

Put a cast on the other hand also so he can't hold. JK
we do need him he is getting a lot better and looks confident out there!
I hope Thomas is good for the playoffs. But I'd like to see Womack, Luter, and Verrett play 3 QTRs of this last game.
Ambry's surgery seems like the perfect time this week to see some significant snaps for Luter Jr at outside corner

More than likely it's JV will get Thomas's snaps. Not sure how much Ward and Lenior will play. I think the second half we see Luter, Womack and JV

Didn't they say JV was exclusively in nickel sets after Baltimore ? The whole JV thing was weird. He got like ~10 snaps and then wasnt even dressed for the Commanders game IIRC
He would be something like 7 weeks out from the Super Bowl. If you count the dead last week, bye weeks (multiple - #1 seed & Super Bowl bye week). Plus all the playoff games. Which would be fully healed from a broken bone and cast off. Usually 6 weeks. Not exactly full strength. Because you lose a little strength with a cast on for weeks. But maybe he can quickly rehab as best he can for 1 week. Making him full go and healthy for the Super Bowl. Potentially so anyway.

1) Game 16 or about surgery quickly after that
2) Game 17
3) Bye # 1 seed
4) Divisional round
5) NFC Championship Game
6) Bye - Pro Bowl
7) Super Bowl

Numbers are weeks.
