He will be cut.

This post will look very stupid. Receipt taken

I take your receipt of my receipt.

Cool. We'll revisit when the roster is announced or if/when he is cut.
I have a feeling this one will be our sleeper pick
He may not make the opening roster but he could land on the practice squad, especially if they want to work him at LB.
Dashing Goldson ran a 4.65 hit like him and got ints. I'd much rather have a playmaker like Hufanga that gets ints, forces fumbles and lights up people (great tackler) sacrifice some speed rather than a faster safety like Tartt or Ward that cannot get a turnover for their life.

Dashon Goldson was terrible in coverage, literally had one year without any ints, and got flagged for bone headed penalties. He'd be total food in today's game at FS.

I like this dude, he is more instinctive than Goldson. But the fact they thinking of trying him at SAM tells you that he won't really be a coverage safety.
Didn't know much about him, but his highlights are lit!

I don't agree at all. Goldson was a pro bowl safety that was not terrible in coverage. He had a bad year or two, My point being that this new guy is a total playmaker even more so than Goldson and I doubt they are trying him at SAM. In the press conference Kyle said SS or in the box. Maybe in Nickle or Dime coverages he may take on a lb type of role like Harris.

I think with his instincts he will be more than fine in coverage. Speed isn't everything, diagnosing a play is more important. Just look at Tartt and Ward. Very fast but can't cause a turnover to save their lives. I think you will be pleasantly surprised when he starts at Tartts position in 2022 and makes plays

Yeah I'd take Goldson at this point. Goldson >> Ward and Tartt
As a PAC-12 fan that watched Hufunga play a ton.....if he can stay healthy its a steal.

Hufunga is a playmaker and a beast.

I think people's concern over his lack of speed is overstated. He has sufficient speed for the role he was drafted for.

He looks much faster on tape to me too. The opposite is true for me with Elijah Mitchell.

Yup.
once he has an instinct on a play he closes like a bolt of lightening, and seems to enjoy bringing pain to the enemy
this guy will be very good he plays very much like Polamalu and is mentored by him no way the kid busts

I agree he will be starting soon. All we have to do is teach him not to lead with his right shoulder because he's broken that right collarbone twice. But he does bring the thunder
