Trade deadline been passed

Can be waived by Carolina, and Niners can claim him if no other teams do (claim order based on reverse-win/loss standings)

Wilks knows how to waste him.

Why the hell would they release him? makes absolutely no sense
Hate injuries but honestly Huff wasn't playing lights out this year. He wasn't the same since Ryans left.
Do we still give him a contract or wait another year?

stupid question, do we call up Tartt to backup Brown?

Folks don't like Tartt because of one knuckle duck flopping ball. He timed the play perfect and got into position, but was so shocked how bad the ball was underthrown that he dropped it.

I think we should bring him in (practice squad) for him to learn the new playbook... while getting his rhythm back... then if he is needed to be called up for injury (special teams as well) or God forbid bad performance by the Youngster... Tartt will be as ready as he can be by then.
May as well work out Tartt. Should we make a run, this will be great for him. He was around for some dark times before we got on our current run.

He's pushed to 2025 and even then, it may not be the big deal. Everything has changed. I feel so bad for him.

Do you watch the all-22? Which games was he a liability in the pass game?

I have no issues with bringing in Tartt, he played well, I don't blame the dropped INT on us not winning that game, anything could have happened, Jimmy could have thrown an INT.

As for Hufanga, I feel for him, as for his contract, he's signed thru 2024, gonna get a pay raise due to the Proven Performance Escalator clause, since he made the 2023 Pro Bowl(2022 season), so he'll make the 2nd rd tender amount for a RFA in 2024.
Get well. Share the knowledge to Brown

He had the knee issue right before the season started so it may explain his drop in performance.
The biggest issue is gonna his run support. He comes up and makes big hits on runners. Sooo terrible. Still holding out its just a sprained.

I know a lot are trying to downplay Huf play. But those fans are crazy! This is an All pro that has good chemistry with the entire team. I hope it's just a sprain.

He also missed a lot of tackles.
That's so unfortunate for him. Injuries are so cruel.
