He sucks let him walk. Tired of injured dudes and dudes in the secondary that can't cover.
I agree.
You must be one Hauole cause you hate Polys and all players from Hawaii. Change your name from Kolohe to Lolo

Man this guy has the injury bug. He's built of glass now. He wasn't like that at USC or when he first started with us. Just fragile all over the place. Probably won't work out long term. Brown and Mustapha are the future.
That was always his weakness. Great around the line of scrimmage. When he was healthy. Banging people and making plays. While he would get interceptions because he is instinctive. He was also slow in deep coverage and could be burned. So that with the injury history I'm ok to move on from him. I feel bad for him. Just a lot of injuries. Before all of that he was pretty good. But maybe not great.

He always had the missed tackles, what made him great was the nose for the ball.

Brah he hardly even been playing this year; and it's coming off an ACL. I remember somebody giving excuses galore for a certain QB coming off his ACL TWO YEARS LATER LOL
And Brown and Mustapha been s**tty too lol

Huff is a feast or famine safety. This year he is all famine and didn't improve fundamentally in his technique. I do hope he recovers quickly.

He looks like another Jimmie Ward. Good player but he gets hurt a lot.

I have been up in the air on retaining him. It really depends on the price for me. I feel like they could draft a safety or two and the defense would be ok

Jimmie was solid tackling and improved season over season.
Hufanga is basically a hitter who happened to be in a lucky spot multiple times and come down with interceptions the year he made the pro bowl (which is a popularity contest unlike all pro).
He he had borderline benchable offences multiple times that year also.
Now that he's slower due to injury and just as bad fundamentally he's a name only. He really shouldn't be playing at all. He's going to continue to miss tackles and give up massive over the top tds.
He will be out of the league within 5 years...
Sell him while people still think he can play in the NFL. He's garbage.

Your name made me check out an under the radar Safety in Jacksonville contract. Andre Cisco will be a UFA after this year and he's someone this defense really could use.

Hufanga made up for his lack of speed by having nose for the ball. Some DBs just seem to be in the right place all the time. Unfortunately the bench isn't one of them.

We have 3 Safeties all cut from the same mold and that mold is what Lynch was back in his playing days. And closer to the LOS safety who plays down hill kinda like a 3rd or 4th LBer. We don't have a back end Safety who can bail out our CBs if they mess up. After seeing Cisco intercept a backside post as the play side cover 2 safety i was like we need that in the 49ers secondary.
