Dude couldn't cover before the injury and it's even worse now. This team sucks at drafting safety's that can cover.

He was a late round pick who is instinctive. Best used around the line of scrimmage because he is physical. He was never a cover guy or fast. That's why he fell in the draft.

Huf plays the same role as Malik. Hard-hitting, instinctual safety, who doesn't have speed. We need a centerfielder.

Problem is he kind of sucks at tackling since his technique is to throw a shoulder and never wrap up.

Huff is so over rated. He has no cover skills. He was once a good tackler but now he just throws his shoulder into the opposing player. I won't sign him.

I like our guys and appreciate the effort, but sometimes you gotta move on. Even Mustapha already hurt, tho he is promising and a bit faster. We need help

No he wasn't. He's always been a poor tackler and 49er fans never noticed.

Mustapha sucks too. Tries to make everything a big hit. Unguided missile like Ronnie Lott, but Lott was an all-time great ball hawk so he made up for it.
