I saw one site (PFF) that said he was 215 lbs and suggested he could play LB . I know the official weight is listed at 199 but these guys can add or shred weight pretty quickly.

Wow if he is 215 and that was his playing weight. Yeah i see him as a LB. He can easily get to 225.

Then you have him, dre, warner, and tartt in the box. That is some amazing pass coverage with 3 guys who can take a deep zone adequately.

It would also add a dimension to their ability to disguise coverages if he can easily slip in and out of that spot. LBs are asked to cover TEs and receivers so much now that speed is more important than just size.

Watching this, kind of places him correctly at the end of the 5th round.
Nice addition for Special Teams, but I'm not hopeful beyond that.

His best film I've seen was Vs Washington State where he was blitzing and playing downhill 90% of the time. That screams LBer if he has any hope of playing anywhere other than STs

I could see them working him at both positions and then maybe switching him to OLB permanently if that's his best spot. They need help there just as much as safety.

Hopefully Hufanga knocks either Harris or Moore off the roster. I like the potential of Hufanga more!!!

Moore is a solid S he can play all over the field...he actually creates INTs.

I like Moore as well. And. Hufanga will play SS or LB at the next level whereas Moore is a FS . Totally different players in my opinion.

He looks slow

Keep in mind, he had to play two years under Pendergast. So, the entire defense was playing slow due to how much Clancy's defense requires players to adjust. Hufanga, is not a burner, and honestly, he's only played one year in a defensive system that properly utilized him; or anyone else for that matter.

Facts. I hope he can contribute on special teams. Anything else is gravy. But they are no worse than Cohn as if he's been looking at film for the last few months.
