Mitchell doesn't look healthy. Mason needs to get more involved in these games… over Mitchell IMO.
Kyle trust Eli more in pass protection and holding onto the football. And I think Eli is healthy. He is just rusty because he didn't have much of a training camp and didn't get much or any touches in the 1st 2 games.
Elijah is a good back. Great jewel of a find in the 6th round. Very similar in size and playstyles with CMC. Its just that CMC is just better in everything. Great depth player for us, thank God we have Elijah for another one year after the 2023 campaign.
Not just a good back, but I'd argue he is a starting caliber back. Guy can easily average 80 - 90 yards a game based on past history. He just can't stay healthy, but he is definitely a 1b back in my book.

We just need to start trading for running backs. Any RBs that we draft or get from FA are always hurt.

Time for them to scout and find the next Mitchell in terms of ability. They shouldn't use more than a 5th to draft said back. Good player, but no way they can extend him after next year.

I hope they start using Mason a lot more.
He seems to get better the more he gets the ball.
He won't get better riding the pine.

I really hope he gets out there and gets a regular percentage of carries. There's no way CMC should be continuing on the high pitch count.

Absolutely!!! It's maddening to watch CMC get beat to hell every week with little to no help from the reserve RBs. Kyle needs to learn how to preserve these guys so the nagging injuries can be relieved some what.

ready to see TDP and Mason. Just release Mitchell. Kyle literally wasting gameplans and giving less reps to RBs that can actually stay healthy during the week in order for this loser to get injured every week. Did fine for 6th round pick most of which barely even play in the NFL.
