Is he still out and not practicing?

Yup

I just can't. Turning into Dee Ford and fast approaching Jason Verrett. Talented but hurt. The good news is he is on a 6th round rookie contract

Dee Ford atleast played when it mattered most in the Super Bowl lol.... This guy is worst than Dee Ford and Verrett.

How Jerick Mickinnon wasn't included in the comps is surprising.

FFS EM LFG!

Did he ever show anything with the Niners?

Maybe he can turn into Jimmy Ward and Arik Armstead. These two were injured prone early in their careers, but they turn it around.

They did. Fingers crossed.
i don't think there's enough time to find out

It's a long season, and I don't mind him not playing, if they allow Mason more touches. He's not severely injured to where he's out several weeks. I think he tweaked his leg in practice and just needs a week or two of recovery time (or so I feel). RB is a brutal position, and it's amazing CMC's lasted this long with the load he's carrying. We'll need Elijah's availability down the stretch - as we get nearer to the playoffs. Right now we have TDP, Mason, and one RB on the practice squad. Hopefully Elijah will be back sooner to bolster the RB depth.
son of a

not referring to Eli, just the situation
wish this dude was healthy

showed he can collect a check and get mad at the niners organization.
Can we just move on from this bum....
Time to move on. Good back when healthy. Want to see what TDP can do
This guy is making more than Purdy this year.
Crazy how this guy gets dinged all the time. So frustrating. Stay on the lookout for RB talent, is the answer I guess. Our move to inside power will not help him.

If TDP could do something, we would've seen it. Guy has been a healthy scratch.

We have until the end of next season. He is on a 6th round rookie contract. You let it play out.
At least Mason makes his absence less painful, maybe he'll be right in time for the playoffs!
Should've moved off from him during this past off-season.

why, what can he do besides ride the bench and take up a roster spot for 1.5 more years?

If you know he won't be healthy for the next 1.5 years, is there anything else you can tell us?

Or did you know AA and Jimmie Ward would turn around after being injury prone early in their careers?

We aren't losing anything unless he has some degeneration condition that will never get better and the staff has hid this info from the public.
Let's get rid of already so he can start his career in Miami, or KC already! LOL
I can't see them dumping him now.

Maybe there's a decent RB on someone's practice squad or trade worth?
